VIENNA Advantage SDK: The partners get access to the Software Development Kit which enables access to the source code of VIENNA Advantage. The partners have the liberty to develop new functionality and create their own industry templates based on VIENNA Advantage and market those.

Visual Windows Composer: The Visual Windows Composer is a strong tool for creating new modules and functions in VIENNA Advantage. As the model of VIENNA Advantage ERP & CRM is based on the Application Dictionary, the Visual Windows Composer makes the creation of new windows easy by visual drag and drop functions and completely without coding.

Visual Report Writer: The Visual Report Writer allows the quick and easy creation of reports in VIENNA Advantage ERP & CRM.

Windows Migration Tool: Creation of Windows in one system and transferring those to any other system by using the Windows Migration Tool saves time and redundancy.

Data Migration Tool: Records and record sets can be transported from one system to the other by simply using the Data Migration Tool. This tool helps to create a set of implementation settings in one system and transfer those to any new system. This significantly helps to save time in the implementation.

Data Importing Tools: The import-tools enable the import of data from excel or csv formats in to any window. Mapping to any excel format makes it possible that the existing customer data formats can be reused to load records in to the ERP System.

Support System: Partners get access to the VIENNA Support for any functional and technical queries and support for your projects. Apart from an extensive partner training, the partners can always access the support for any queries related to the system.

CRM System: For tracking the sales for your region and providing access to enquiries of your region, VIENNA provides its partners access to the CRM System.

VIENNA Advantage Licenses: Each partner receives a number of user licenses for their own use. The latest version with the source code is available for download to the partners.

Online Product and Sales Trainings: VIENNA supports its partner in trainings and sales. That’s why special recorded trainings have been created for partners to boost the productivity in implementation and sales and to provide a better understanding of the product and its features.

Documentation: A complete set of documents explain the complete functionality of VIENNA Advantage CRM System to partners and take the partners step by step to a successful implementation.

Sale Presentations and Guidelines: For helping our partner in their sales effort, VIENNA has created a set of sales presentations and white papers to present the unique features of VIENNA Advantage in a professional way and boost the sales revenues of the partners.
